DID YOU KNOW???
Earth's moon is also unique. It is one of the biggest in our solar system. When you look at the moon, you always see the same side. Many people think that Earth has a second moon. This is really Asteroid 3753, but strangely enough, it orbits the Earth.
DID YOU KNOW???
Did you know that on our planet, there is enough water to cover the entire surface of the Earth with one inch of water! The atmosphere that holds all that water rises 250 miles above the Earth's surface. Our planet is located in the perfect place for our need for water. If it was any closer to the sun, all that water would boil away, and if it was too far away from the sun, the water would freeze.
